Who do you use for delivery?
We use the quickest delivery services at the time of your order. Shipping provider does change, but we will never charge you for shipping. We tend to use Parcelforce, Fedex, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail
Will I be able to track my order?
Tracking information will be provided to you via email + text message (only if you provide your mobile number at checkout). You'll receive your tracking information 2-7 days after ordering, some shipping providers tracking information aren't as good at others. but we always go of the speed of delivery when picking which provider to use.
How long will delivery take once I've ordered?
Once you've ordered you'll get the tracking 2/7 days after. Once this tracking has been received you will receive the parcel 10/12 days after. Before COVID-19 this was much quicker, so finger crossed this picks up again! Some orders are quicker but we always say expect them delivery times.
I've still not received my parcel what shall I do?
If you've not received your parcel after the estimates, we give you (2nd question) drop us an email and we will chase it up – 90% parcels do arrive in the estimates provided.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 7-14 days of ordering. When the tracking is through to you it may show as below on Royal Mail's website.

"ITEM LEAVING OVERSEAS" means it has left CHINA.
Expect no update for 7-14 days
The next update will be when it arrives into the destination country. Once it's arrived to the destination country it will be delivered within 2 working days. (UK- Royal Mail)

My Delivery is late?
Please refer to paragraph one, our delivery times are estimates based on 95% of our parcels, we are not in control of speeding your parcel up.
This product is true to size. It comes with the box and wrapping paper.
This product is bought on behalf of you and shipped to you directly. We do not at any point handle this product and have sourced these quality goods for you. We act purely as a personal shopper, not a manufacturer. You are as a customer paying us to locate the quality goods you see on our website to then be shipped to you.
